キャストの愛美です。

Today I'm very surprised because we have only nine rehearsals!! Time flies fast. I understand these words now, really.

あと9日しかリハーサルがないということに驚きを隠せません。光陰矢の如し。今、この言葉を身に染みて感じています。

By the way, imagination is very important. Imagination is a kind of vague word... It's hard for me to explain....

ところで話は変わりますが、「想像すること」ってとても重要な事だと思うのです。こう表現してしまうと、少し曖昧な感じがしてしまうのですが、、、私の語彙力のなさが露見してしまいますね(^^;;

Anyway, what director Masumi taught us today is that it is important to awake our five senses and imagine the exact place where we are. 

ともかく、ディレクターの真澄が言っていた事は、五感を研ぎ澄ませて、自分たちが今どの場所にいるかをはっきりとイメージすることが重要だということです。

Throughout the play, the company visits many places. Of course, each place has completely different atmosphere.

シーンを通して、三蔵法師の一行は多くの場所を訪れます。当たり前ですが、どの場所も全く違う雰囲気を持っています。

And so, we walked around, imagining some places and situations for the practice.

For example, if you walk on the hot sand, what would you feel and what would you do?

そこで、歩き周りながら、場所や状況をイメージする練習をしてみました。

もし熱い砂の上を歩いてるとしたら、どんなリアクションになるでしょう？

Some jumped up continuously. Others tries to search the safe place very hard. Though we are on the same situation, each one takes different actions to escape from this hot sand. I think it's very natural and interesting. We can see the vision that we're on the hot sand gradually. It's like a magic!

絶えず飛び跳ねる人もいれば、熱くない場所を必死に探す人もいました。同じ状況に置かれていても、熱い砂から逃れようとするために取る行動は、人それぞれです。これってとても自然なことだし、面白いなと感じます。そして、次第にこうした行動から、熱い砂の上にいるというビジョンが浮かんできます。まさにマジックですね！

We have only a few rehearsals but I'm really looking forward to the performance days! Let's cherish every moment and make a great stage!!

リハーサルはもう数えるほどしかありませんが、一瞬一瞬を大切にして最高のステージにしましょう！本番がホントに楽しみです！！
