MP is full of new things. New friendship, language and acting... We need energy to start something new. 

MPでは新しいことばかりです。 新しい友達、言葉、演技。そして、新しいことを始めるにはエネルギーが必要です。

MP15 started about a month ago and everyday we used our energy to make friends, speak English, and be honest.

MP15がスタートして約一ヶ月。その日々で友達になること、英語を話すこと、正直であることにエネルギーを注いできました。

At the same time MP is made by what all members have had. In other words, we are using what we've already had in order to create a new thing together.

同時に、MPはメンバーが持っているもので成り立っています。つまり一緒に新しいものをつくるために、それぞれが既にもっているものを発揮しているということです。

On Staff Day, I felt energy from staff's work because they brought their beautiful ideas and showed their power and personality by making a speech.

スタッフデイで、素晴らしいアイデアを勇気と、持ち前のキャラクターでもって紹介した彼らの姿から、私はエネルギーを感じました。

And then, I think now is the time to gather each energy together. To do this, I want to be sensitive with their energy and don't be afraid of showing my energy, too.

そして今こそ、そのエネルギーを一つにしていくときなのかもしれません。そのために相手を感じること、また自分のエネルギーも伝えることを怖れずにいたいと思います。

Still, I have something I can't explain. But we are on the way of the journey. Never want to stop seeking.

言葉で説明できないことがまだたくさんあります。ですが私たちは旅の途中。追い求めることを忘れずにいたいです。
